We can change property lines to accommodate your needs. The round-about intersection in Ostertag Pass is complete and the rest of the roads are graded and ready for pavement and lots are permittable now and ready for delivery. As we mentioned, we can build to suit, do a land lease or do an outright sale, whichever you prefer.
